Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision for Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists and Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists.  I offer both small group and individual supervision sessions.  I completed a 30 hour course and hold a certificate in Clinical Supervision which meets the requirements of the CRPO.

I practice from an integrative approach with a focus on attachment based psychotherapies and process experiential therapy including emotion focused therapy (EFT) , emotion focused mindfulness therapy (EFMT) and  interpersonal therapy (IPT).  I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporate schema work into my treatment with clients.  I work from a trauma informed and anti-oppressive framework.

I have 15 years of clinical social work experience and supervised Masters level social work students.  For the past 7 years, I taught and continue to teach a psychotherapy course to University of Toronto Family Medicine Residents focusing on CBT, IPT and achieving psychotherapy effectiveness through use of common factors in psychotherapy.

If you are interested in clinical supervision or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
